The Philippines beats China in the first China-ASEAN basketball invitational

The Philippine national team beat China’s Guangxi team 76-72 in the first China-ASEAN CBO men’s basketball invitational.

The team from Singapore finished third, defeating Macao SAR of China 82-74 in Pingguo county, Bose city, southwest China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Sunday night.

Eight teams which also include Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Brunei participated in the CBO invitational held from December 17 to 21.
