ACS Expands Global Operations With New Facility in Manila, Philippines
Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) will officially open a new state-of-the-art facility in Pasay City tomorrow, Friday, expanding its global network of international capabilities.
The 8,582 square meter facility will initially employ more than 1,000 people, with 2,500 square meters to expand to handle new business opportunities. The new facility, located on the seventh floor of the
OneE-Com Center on Palm Coast Avenue, will be officially dedicated and opened with a Holy Mass, blessing and dedication on Friday. The mass starts at 1:00 pm and the grand opening program at 3:00 pm.
“This new facility will allow ACS to offer our clients, and their customers, even better service and support then ever before,” said Charlie Bognot, ACS Philippines country director. “Based on our extensive experience, we know this new facility will allow us to be more responsive to our customers needs.”
ACS performs healthcare provider support, finance and accounting client services, mortgage insurance claims processing, inbound credit card acquisition, membership retention, level one technical support, healthcare provider customer service, healthcare payer web support and travel sales. From this facility ACS supports clients in the financial services, credit card, direct marketing, manufacturing, healthcare and travel industries.

The building offers spacious and more comfortable work areas including relaxation amenities for employees as well as spectacular views of the Manila Bay. The facility is located in the OneE-com Center Building in the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, Philippines.
ACS employs approximately 2370 people in the Philippines, primarily in Manila and Cebu.

Manila — ACS of the Philippines opened its first facility in the Philippines in the city of Makati, one of the municipalities that make up metro Manila and the financial district of the Philippines. Makati is the major financial, commercial and economical hub in the Philippines. Currently, ACS operates from three facilities in metro Manila. Services offered from these location include call center support, transaction processing and information technology. The team in Manila supports both US and international clients in the health care, manufacturing, financial services and international transportation industries.
Cebu — The Cebu facilities of ACS of the Philippines opened in 2007. These facilities have 18,830 sq. ft. in which to provide transaction processing support and call center services to several clients in the
health care industry.
